BTI's 8 acre campus with its comfortable 50 thousand square foot modern building lies in a setting of landscaped rolling hills.

The Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) is where accreditation for the Berks Technical Institution comes from.

The Medical Assisting program offered by Berks Technical Institute is considered to be an accredited program by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (www.caahep.org) based on the recommendation of the Curriculum Review Board of the American Association of Medical Assistant Endowment (AAMAE).

When the inevitable difficulties arise, it is a priority to solve the problems efficiently and quickly. Students approach the office with problems varying from a need for academic training services to family financial issues, difficulties in course load, faculty or commuter and transportation issues, and other miscellaneous problems. Sometimes all that is needed is a sympathetic ear. It has been observed that many of the students find difficult in adjusting to the demands of an education or training classes. Virtually any type of problem or challenge can be dealt with in some way at our Student Services Center.

Students can present any of their concerns or questions to the Student Services Coordinator, who will provide help. Those facing a problem will receive personalized guidance and assistance from the office in the form of a referral to the proper person or office to deal with the issue.

Each year Berks Technical Institute awards over $85,000 in merit-based scholarships to graduating high school seniors who desire to pursue an education at BTI. High school seniors need to complete the school's scholarship test before they can be considered for one of the school's merit scholarships. Those seniors, that are contemplating continuing their education at BTI, will benefit from taking the scholarship test. You are not obligated and it does not cost anything to do this.
