Bryan College began as a four-year undergraduate college of arts and sciences, but now offers graduate programs and online learning options.

The Bryan College academic program is based on a 60 or 66 credit core curriculum, which includes areas of study such as developing a Christian worldview, engaging the culture, exploring the arts, understanding the natural world, and strengthening the foundation. Bryan College students can earn an associate's degree, a bachelor's degree or a Master of Business Administration in one of 18 fields of study, with minors in 25 areas of study.

Areas of study at Bryan College include a broad range of liberal arts education, such as biology, business, biblical studies, Christian thought and philosophy, mathematics, music, history, pre-law, and pre-medical. Students at Bryan College can select from a range of academic majors and minors to customize their educations and develop their worldview.

Graduate students at Bryan College can earn a Master of Business Administration in 18 months, through a combination of online assignments and bi-weekly classes. This flexible schedule enables busy working adults to earn their graduate degrees while simultaneously meeting other time obligations. Bryan College also offers a Master of Arts in Christian Studies, which is a 16-month program based on a similar structure of bi-weekly classes and online assignments.

This program involves a cohort group that attends classes one night per week on a year-round basis.
