Most dental assistant schools in New Hampshire award two-year associate’s degrees upon completion. Programs are very competitive because of limited space and high student interest in the major. Common prerequisites for the program include cell biology, microbiology, chemistry, psychology and anatomy and physiology. A three month internship is often required.
