Technical and practical education, provided by The Respiratory Care Associate in Science Degree Program, will enable the graduate to function as a competent entry-level Respiratory Therapist, upon licensure and/or certification.

  • Read and assess information in a patient’s chart.
  • Give reasons for, explain physiological effects of and describe possible problems, complications and appropriate corrections associated with mechanical ventilation.
  • Describe the set-up of a ventilator accurately and succinctly.
  • Explain the needs for and application of ventilatory discontinuation techniques.

As a Respiratory Care Technician, you will become an important member of a healthcare team and will spend your time assisting doctors with the treatment of pulmonary disorders.

Surgical Technologist Program

The Dental Assistant

Education is given to Dental Assistant students to perform chair side helping methods, procedures on patients, and office and laboratory related tasks under the direction and supervision of a licensed dentist.
