Massage Therapy
This program is designed to help the students grasp the basic understanding of the fundamentals of massage. A student can successfully work in the massage industry after completing the course in lecture and hands-on instruction in Swedish techniques, anatomy, pathology, kinesiology, and physiology. Through this program you will also learn about other techniques used in massage therapy clinics. Upon completion of the program, students are prepared to take the national certification exam.

Massage Therapy

Surgical Technician Programs
The aim of the program is to prepare graduates for employment as a Surgical Technologist. Graduates who are successful in this intensive skill based program will be able to learn methods, technology, and instrumentation required to help surgeons in the operating room including the correct procedure to scrub and gown for surgery, positioning of patient for carrying out surgery, basic principles of science related to the human body, surgical procedures and technological sciences. Assisting instructors who have extensive experience in the field will provide ample opportunities for students to participate in mock, or practice, surgeries on life-like mannequins. A five-month internship, preferably as surgical technology trainee, in the operating rooms of a hospital, is a requirement for graduation from this program.
