Since the year 1999, the Online Learning program offered by The Jones College has been operating successfully. Students can elect to participate in one of our Bachelor of Science degree programs that off majors in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Interdisciplinary Studies, and Legal Assistant (FLA residents only), as well as Associate of Science degree programs with majors in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, and Legal Assistant (FLA residents only) programs.

Both students and alumni of the College have access to free career development assistance for life.

Students enrolled in the Associate in Science Degree Program with a Medical Assistant Major will be equipped with the skills necessary to find a job in a variety of medical office environments. Students complete general education and business courses to enhance their knowledge and skills to perform roles in management. It is mandatory for the student to provide verification of negative TB testing by mid-term Laboratory Procedures class and before starting their externship.

The Medical Assisting Specialist is a Diploma Program that is formulated to train students for executing back office work in the office of a physician, medical clinics, and other related facilities. Students who successfully complete the diploma program will be proficient in performing vital signs, EKG's, laboratory testing, and direct patient care. Students will not only get a grasp on a variety of medical subjects, including anatomy and physiology, but they will gain knowledge on the daily functions of a medical office as well.

*** Note: Four courses per semester is the normal amount of course work Diploma Program students will register for. Each diploma program is designed in order to allow the student to finish all necessary coursework in two semesters.
