The Bachelor of Science in Nursing Administration program at Stevens-Henager College gives practicing Registered Nurses a chance to enhance their skills in supervisory positions through a degree completion program that will further their career opportunities.

Graduates of the program will be qualified to:

• Act as an advocate for clients within the nursing process and work with health consumers in the holistic planning of their care.
• Educate clients about health care systems and maintenance, restoration, and benefits of health.

• Show accountability and responsibility for delivery, design and evaluation of patient care.

No clinical hours are needed since this program prepares students to assume health care supervisory positions rather then additional clinical responsibilities. To take this class, an Associate's degree in Nursing or an RN license is required. Diploma RNs must complete prerequisites included through the associate's degree level.
