In our program the student will learn massage room setups, product knowledge, professional client draping, and the basic and specialty techniques for the practice of therapeutic massage. The student will learn safety and sanitation techniques, professional ethics and how to conduct proper client consolidation. The course will involve a business practices segment to help the pupil with preparing a business, including goal setting, knowledge of different types of business operations, start-up costs and gaining necessary permits.

The duties of a medical transcriptionist includes recording patients' chart notes, medical histories, consultants, emergency department notes, operation reports and lab test.

Courses cover subjects including terminology in the areas of anatomy, prescritions and surgical procedures, as well as specific medical transcription courses. Human anatomy, disease processes along with medical coding and billing are some of the other subjects in which students will receive training.
