YTI Career Institute
The importance of our students is established in the Mission of YTI. There are established attainable goals for achieving a great career soon. The most important goal in their minds is to get real life experience and hands on learning to find employment in their field. This is achieved because we have structured everything from our personnel to equipment to technology around the industry that students will work in.
We realize that students attending YTI are making personal and financial sacrifices, and we assist them in making those sacrifices manageable. We ask our students to give us unwavering commitment to achieving career goals through personal growth.
The final measure of success for our students is their ability to please their soon-to-be employers. Consequently, we partner with employers through our externships and program advisory committees to offer programs that reflect real-world settings and expectations. After students are finished with training, we help them find a job in their field of study by working with the network of employers we have established relationships with.
Our facilities, faculty and equipment reflect the commitment we maintain throughout the process to strive to meet the highest standards realistically possible. Our main goals are to satisfy the needs of our students, help them complete their programs of study, and assist them in finding jobs in their fields.
